Our Nutrition Program is overseen by a registered dietician. We provide individual coaching and accountability. Our program focuses on long term behavior change and sustainable food choices. We do not promote restrictive dieting but instead advocate healthy habits that are sustainable and effective. This Program is for everyone members and non members alike.
Our Functional Strength Program is a blend of bodybuilding and CrossFit. This program is especially effective for older more experienced athletes and is a nice change of pace that allows for the CrossFit movements at a lower intensity. This is an optional addition to your membership.
We have personal training for anyone looking for a more personal and individual experience that caters to your speciﬁc experience and goals.
We offer gymnastics programming for athletes who want to focus on improving their gymnastics at a faster rate. Our programming is written and overseen by a CrossFit certiﬁed gymnastics coach. This is an optional addition to your membership.
Olympic Lifting Classes
Included in your core membership. We offer Olympic lifting classes 6 days a week. Olympic lifts take years to master and we recognize the attention to detail and focus required to become proﬁcient at these movements, so we employ a USAW certiﬁed Olympic Lifting coach just for this purpose.
We recognize the dangers of exercise and have our own recovery and injury prevention coach in house to fix muscular imbalances and lingering injuries.
Included in your core membership we have boxing 3 days a week. Our boxing program combines technique work and cardio intensive training to create a fun and effective workout. No sparring involved.
Included in your core membership Inmotion focuses on movement quality through all range of motions and is especially effective at increasing mobility and improving posture and movement quality in all planes and ranges.
Fit Fusion Bootcamp
Our Fit Fusion bootcamp series combines, yoga, pilates, body weight training, kettlebells, and dumbells, together to form a complete low weight, high intensity, effective, and fun workout.
Yoga is said to have originated in India during the Golden Age, nearly 26,000 years ago. The actual Sanskrit word, when broken down, means "to control", "to yoke" or "to unite". The word has also been translated to mean "joining", "uniting" and "union". The union is made between the self and the spirit. At Live Free we use Yoga as a way of balancing out the intensity of crossfit with the stress relieving properties of this ancient art form.
Capoeira is a martial art that combines elements of fight, acrobatics, music, dance and rituals in a very elegant and magnetic way. Performed by two people, it is often called “Capoeira game” that is played, not a fight. Capoeira is always played with a smile on face symbolizing that the capoeiristas are not afraid from the danger that is coming. The uniqueness of Capoeira will give your body physical strength, power and flexibility and your mind self-confidence, concentration, courage and creativity. I’ve heard many people say that Capoeira is one of the best things that happened in their life. However, the only way to truly understand the magnetism of Capoeira is to see it and try it yourself.
