use dumbells to provide load

-Rest 1 min between sets

B) Alternate 15 secs of max effort burpees and cal row x10 (5 each)

-Rest remainder of each min or 45 secs

C) KB Farmers Carry AHAP 20 sec with 40 sec rest x10

D) star plank 15 sec each side 30 sec rest x4
