CrossFit is our Core program.

CrossFit combines body weight calisthenics, gymnastics, weightlifting, running, and rowing in a group class format. Each Class is over seen by a CrossFit certified coach who teaches you the movements, makes sure they are done safely, and holds you accountable. These workouts are programmed by owner John Kelly and each workout is tailored to your level of experience.
